Welcome to T.H.EO.'s Supplies Ltd. By making a purchase or engaging with our products and services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding with any transaction.
1. Introduction
T.H.EO.'s Supplies Ltd ("the Company") is an e-commerce business that operates alongside its partner company, The Human Experience Organisation, which does community projects helping people from under privileged communities. Through our products and services, we contribute to various community projects. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users and customers of the T.H.EO.'s Supplies Ltd website, including those purchasing digital products or using designated "pick-up/meet and collect" locations.
2. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are non-refundable. The proceeds from the sale of these products are immediately allocated to support the community projects organised by The Human Experience Organisation, and as such, refunds or exchanges will not be possible. By purchasing digital products, you acknowledge and accept that all sales are final.
3. Pick-up/Meet and Collect Products
For products that are available for “pick-up only” at designated "pick-up/meet and collect" locations, all sales are non-refundable. However, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer coupon codes or company credit to be used in the online shop if, upon investigation, it deems this action appropriate. This determination will be made on a case-by-case basis, and the issuance of store credit is not guaranteed.
4. Refunds and Returns Policy
- Refunds are only provided at the discretion of the Company. Each case will be individually assessed, and refunds will be issued only if the Company deems it appropriate.
- All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the customer receiving the product. This 14-day period includes non-business days.
- Refunds will not be offered for digital products or pick-up/meet and collect items unless deemed appropriate by the Company as outlined in section 3.
5. Right to Refuse Service
The Company reserves the right to refuse service or sales of products to any individual, business, or entity. This decision can be made without explanation or reason, and the Company is under no obligation to provide further details regarding the refusal of service.
6. Changes to Terms and Conditions
T.H.EO.'s Supplies Ltd reserves the right to change or alter these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Customers and users are responsible for reviewing these Terms and Conditions periodically to stay informed about any changes.
7. Postage and Delivery of Physical Products
- The Company will make reasonable efforts to ensure the timely dispatch and delivery of all physical products. However, all estimated delivery dates are approximateand not guaranteed. Delays in postage or delivery due to courier issues, weather conditions, customs, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Company will not make the Company liable for any loss or inconvenience.
- Once the product has been dispatched, the responsibility for the product transfers to the courier service, and the Company will not be held responsible for any damages, loss, or delays occurring during transit. Any claims regarding damaged or lost items must be directed to the courier in accordance with their policies.
- It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. The Company will not be held liable for products lost, delayed, or returned due to incorrect delivery details provided by the customer. If the product is returned to the Company due to incorrect information, any additional postage costs incurred for re-sending the item will be the responsibility of the customer, the shipping will therefore only re-occur once additional postage charges have been paid to the Company.
- The Company is not liable for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees that may be charged in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions regarding postage and delivery of physical products.
